What time is it in Ghana?
Ghana uses Greenwich Mean Time (GMT, UTC+0) all year round and does not change its clocks for daylight saving.

Ghana runs on Greenwich Mean Time, or GMT, which is the same as Coordinated Universal Time (UTC+0). The whole country uses the same time.
No clock changes
Ghana does not use daylight saving time. Its clocks stay the same all year, so the time difference with countries that do change their clocks shifts during the year. For example, Ghana has the same time as London in the northern winter, but is one hour behind London in the northern summer.
Close to the meridian
Ghana’s time zone matches its place on the map: the Greenwich Meridian, the line of 0° longitude used for world time, passes through the port city of Tema.
