Children's Privacy Notice
A simple guide to how Kids Arena works and how we help children explore safely.
Last updated: 2 September 2026
You can play, listen and learn without telling us your name, where you live or anything private. If a screen asks for personal information, stop and ask a parent or guardian for help.
How Kids Arena works
Kids Arena offers vocabulary games, rhymes and illustrated stories. Children under 13 should use it with a parent, guardian or responsible adult. They should not create their own account, post comments or submit content.
Information we use
- Game progress and rewards may be saved on the device so a child can continue later.
- Basic technical information may be processed to deliver pages securely and diagnose faults.
- We do not ask a child using Kids Arena for a real name, email address, precise location, photograph or school.
- We do not use children’s activity for targeted advertising or sell children’s information.
Accounts and adult supervision
The standard account service is for people aged 13 or older. A parent or guardian may use their own account while supporting a younger child. Progress attached to that account belongs to the adult account holder.
Videos, audio and external services
Kids Arena may play educational media selected by our editors. We aim to host or embed only age-appropriate material. Parents should supervise external media links because another provider may apply its own privacy terms.
Choices for parents and guardians
You may ask what information is associated with your account, download it from the profile page, correct it or request deletion. If you believe a child has shared personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it.
Safety concerns
Do not include a child’s private information in a comment, contribution or support request. For an urgent safeguarding or privacy concern, email privacy@memanghana.com with “Child privacy” in the subject line.
